House rules and departure

• Park cars in the middle in front of the parking signs diagonally facing the hedge or, if more than 4 cars, behind the accommodation, via the gate behind the football pitch.
• Rubbish in the large container and food waste in green container behind the grove of the football field, accessible via the garden gate.
• In moderate to strong winds, do not use the brazier and fold the parasols.
• If it rains, fold up the lounger cushions against the backrest. Chair cushions are waterproof.
• Barbecuing is only allowed with the barbecue provided.
• HEOS volume outside maximum 50%, and after 10pm maximum 25%.
• Always open skylights in a sloping roofline and never fully open over the top, and close them when it rains or leave them in the closed position with a slider. When using air conditioning during the day, always keep everything closed and all inside doors open on the floor.
• Always cover the swimming pool and jacuzzi after use and always turn off the sauna after use. Noisy use is not allowed after 10pm.
• Always open and close the winter deck of the jacuzzi with 2 people. The summer deck is in the room to the left of the lounge area.
• With wet swimwear do not use the furniture inside.
• It is not allowed to fly a drone above and near the Luxerij.
• No white towels to be used outside.
• Moving inventory and music boxes outside is not allowed.
• It must be quiet outside between 10pm and 8am.

AT DEPARTURE

• Cleaning supplies are located in the corner cupboard next to the front door.
• Remove the bed linen and throw it with the used bathrobes and towels in the chute next to room 5. Leave clean pillows and bed-moltons.
• Close windows and doors and set heating to 15 degrees. Close skylights or set slider to open close position. Turn off the air conditioning.
• Leave the house swept clean.
• The dishes should be washed in the cupboards.
• Leave the dishwasher and refrigerators clean and empty.
• No food leftovers in the cupboards.
• The bins should be emptied both inside and outside.
• Leave the barbecue and oven clean. Also remove ashes from the barbecue using a steel poker and put them in the zinc bucket.
• In case of rain or chance of rain, fold up lounger cushions against the backrest.
• Take empty bottles with you or put them in the glass containers at the Plus supermarket.
• Report any breakages or damage to the landlord.
• Place house keys on the large table in the living kitchen.
• Unless otherwise agreed, report to the landlord that you are leaving.
